Attended Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Received Bachelors Degree in 1950.

Married Virginia Lophovsky in 1950.

Moved to Miami, Fla. in 1950 and attended Miami University (Cardboard College) and received Masters Degree in Education. Taught at Kinlock Jr. High School until 1956.

Moved to New York City and attended Columbia University. Received Doctors Degree in Education.

Moved to Mattoon, Illinois as Deputy Superintendent until 1960.

Moved to Sacramento, Ca. as Educational Consultant to all Sacramento County School Districts.

Moved to Elk Grove, Ca. as Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Services and Personnel Services.

In 1961 my only child, Timothy Drew Schreck was born.

In 1967 I moved to Pleasanton, Ca. as Deputy Superintendent of Schools.

Moved in 1974 to Brasilia, Brazil as Advisor to the Minister of Education with the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Moved again in 1976 to Oroville, Ca. as Consultant in Education to all Butte County School Districts, also served as Superintendent of the Biggs Unified School District.

In 1982 moved to Roosevelt Roads Naval Station Puerto Rico. Under the Department of Defense served as teacher, High School Principal and Superintendent of all D.O.D. schools in Puerto Rico.

In 1992 retired and settled in Sacramento, Ca.

Our only child Timothy D. Schreck, LLd, was married Nov. 5, 2005 to Lily Avalos.

My wife, Virginia, and I will celebrate our 56th Wedding Anniversary on May 6, 2006. As a retiree I have become an avid golfer and in fact, I reside on the ninth green of a golf course in a beautiful gated community. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of our Swallows Nest Country Club Homeowners Association.

Willam F. Screck took his Final Flight on 15 December 2014.
