He was born Feb. 22 1923, in Herkimer, N.Y. An Army Air Forces veteran of World War II, he was a retired electronics technician in aviation and a nine-year resident of Las Vegas.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby of Las Vegas; daughter, Carla of Wichita, KS.; son, Donald of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren

Frank was 78 and passed away 01 September 2001.
