S/Sgt Lyle "Swede" Ossian
Left Gunner

Married to Margaret "Maggie" Steiner in September 1954. Swede worked as a senior buyer at the John Deree Company in Moline, IL and served in the Korean Conflict. He died in March 1990 while vacationing in Scottsdale, AZ of complications following emergency surgery. "Swede" left his wife, Maggie, five children (3 daughters and 2 sons) and 9 grandchildren - all girls!
