He was born Feb. 1, 1920, in Sigel, son of Joseph B. and Lena Dust Feldhake.

He married Jean Keetle from Lincoln, NE. in 1946

They settled on a farm in Sigel, IL.

The have one son and three daughters, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

They have retired to the village of Sigel and spent part of the year in Florida with their son Don.

Joe died 29 February 2004; He was laid to rest at St. Michael's Cemetery, Sigel, IL.
