James E. Lordeman was born in 1923. He graduating from Altoona Catholic High School and St. Vincent College. He served his country in WWII in the Army Air Corp from 1943-46. He earned a Masters Degree from Northwestern and went on to a very successful career as a financial executive with the Ford Motor Company, ITT, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
James and his wife Erma, have four children: Ann, Nancy Jo, Jane, and Jimmy; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He resided in Potomac MD and for the last eight years at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg.
He is a Life Master in the American Contract Bridge League, enjoying rooting for local sports teams, and a frequent volunteer supporting many community organizations.
