He operated, adjusted and performed flight maintenance on an APS-15 type radar equipment. Determined position of airplane with respect to pre-determined ground location to accurately place bombs on assigned targets through overcast. Interpreted radar scope presentation to obtain accurate infomation for fixes, altitude, air pilots, wings, ground speeds and track. Transmitted this info to pilot, navigator and bombardier. Had a thorough knowledge of bombsight equipment and D R Navigation. Flew 27 Combat Missions ofer Japenese Home Islands in B-29 type aircraft. |

Council, Allen Park Community Council (held office as President and Past President), Safety Commissioner of the Allen Park Fire and Police, Active in the Boy Scouts, Parishnor and Usher at St. Francis Cabrini Church and the Elks. Dad was an all a round kinda of guy. |
