Melbourne O. "Mel" Faldet, age 87 of Decorah, Iowa died Tuesday June 28, 2005.

He served in the 60th Bomb Squadron as Mechanic.

Notice of his passing was found on the Decorah Newspaper while randomly searching for the "39th Bomb Group".
