The students in Lynn Hippensteel's World History class were
honored to have local WWII veterans share their experiences
as part of their WWII History Discussion. One of those veterans
was our own Marvin
Demanzuk, Radar Observer, Crew 2.
Below
are two of the letters of appreciation from the students he
recieved. More will be added as they are prepared for web site.

This
what its all about. Sharing of experiences from one generation
to the next. What can you do to help? If you're a veteran -
contact your local high school and let them know you're interested
in sharing your experiences.
If
you're a teacher - ask your students if they have a family member
who served or contact your local veteran's organization - DAV,
VFW etc. In most cases one of their members would be interested
in coming into speak to your students.
What
better way to learn about history then from the men who were
a part of it!
